Some good stuff, some bad stuff, and questions of what was I thinking?
Quiet Riot - Mama Weer All Crazee Now (I think they were trying to hard to capture the Cum on Feel
The Noize vibe again here. The song is okay, but Dubrow was really straining on this one)

Sea Hags - Half the Way Vally (It's a decent song, but I think the singer's voice kind of holds the song
back a little.)
No links I can find
Pretty Boy Floyd - I want to Be with You. (Ugh, this band is too glammed out even for me, and the song
is too glitzed and slick.)

WARLOCK - ALL WE ARE (Doro is my personal Metal Goddess! I love this anthem song, it still gets the
blood pumping any time that I hear it.)

Helloween - Halloween (Great song, but the unbelievably bastardized version played here ruins the
vibe of the entire song.)

Metallica - For Whom the Bell Tolls (live) (From the Binge and Purge album which I think sounds terrible,
so it should come as no surprise that I thought the version of this song was awful.)

Bon Jovi - You Give Love a Bad Name (Say what you want, and I have said plenty, but this song is one
of the most recognizable songs from the 80's. It's okay, but not something I would want to listen to on
a regular basis.)

Frehley's Comet - Insane (What was I thinking? I remember loving this song when it came out. After
watching it today, it really does not hold up well at all.)
http://www.acefrehleyonline.com[/ url]
Enuff Z 'Nuff - New Thing (Too sugary for me, just not going to ever get into this band.)
http://www.enuffznuff.com
Def Leppard - Photograph (One of the first songs I ever got into once I started getting into rock and
metal. The song is still as excellent now as it was then.)
http://www.defleppard.com
Ozzy Osbourne - Shot in the Dark (live) (From the Just Say Ozzy album. I wasn't real crazy about this
live version. It sounded incredibly weak. I like the studio version that they played last show much better.
http://www.ozzy.com
SAVATAGE - HALL OF THE MOUNTAIN KING (My favorite band, period! The best thing about this was
that I had never seen the video before. I'm glad I had a tape in, because I got it on tape.)

Autograph - Blondes in Black Cars (As much as I liked Turn Up the Radio, this song was just plain scary
because it is so awful.) NO LINKS. |
